Every year I host 2-3 fitness weekenders - a mix of activities, staying over in a house or camping site and all round health and fitness based weekend. Here is what is coming up in 2024...

Back to where the Fitness Weekenders started in the gorgeous Gatehouse, Makeney!

For this Fitness Weekender we have exclusive use of an 18 sleeper house (6 bedrooms ranging from 6 single beds to doubles), plus pool, hot tub, gardens and a whole weekend of fitness!

Below is an example itinerary of a weekend but this is subject to change depending on how many book on, the weather and special requirements of the group.

Food is included in this weekender. (Evening meal Friday, breakfast, lunch, evening meal Saturday, Breakfast Sunday)

Prices vary for the weekend - from £299 per person depending on if you want to have shared bathroom access, en suite, double, single etc.

Rooms:

1- 6 singles plus shared bathroom

2- Double with en suite

3- 3 singles plus shared bathroom

4- Double with en suite

5- Double with en suite

6- double and single with en suite
