I get so much from Liannes’s App - I use the saved workouts, I sign up to live classes and I check in weekly. It has made it much easier to establish a solid fitness routine. I’d highly recommend.

Liannes fitness app is incredible.


It’s like having a PT in your front room whenever suitable, early mornings, afternoons and evenings, there is always so much to choose from and new uploads all the time.


The content is vast, it works all abilities and really pushes you to workout hard and for fun. Lianne also does zoom classes live through the app and has a support group in place for all App members.


The app is easy to move around and find exactly what you fancy doing, weighted and non weighted classes.


It really is amazing and a brilliant price. I highly recommend this app to anyone.

I found Lianne after searching for a PT for my daughter and I. I downloaded the app to complement my face to face session. It is a fabulous app. You can choose whatever exercise you feel like or to suit your time scales. There is non equiment, dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, pilates and even menopause. You can choose express or full workouts.


I found myself exercising more than ever in my life because it is so convenient to do. Lianne is lovely, very personable and a great Trainer. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this app. It is well worth the affordable cost.

This app is so helpful, easy to use and caters for every strength and fitness level. The way you get to pick what class you would like to do on demand, depending on what you are in the mood to do, or the time you have available is a genius idea. Great value for money. Highly recommend it to everyone.

I absolutely love this app, it’s got everything on there for a whole range of different sessions whatever you’re feeling on the day there’s a workout for you. High intense, low intense, weights, abs, express (this specially suits me at the moment with 3 kids 2 of which are under 2) the list is endless.


The communities that come with it are fab too for support and encouragement with an accountability section if wanted too (weekly check ins). Couldn’t recommend enough 😁”
